Overall, it's a mixed bag with a great location but aspects of the service and facilities that need attention.
The hotel had an unbeatable location right near Times Square, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and a great atmosphere during my stay. However, the room was much smaller than expected, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Service can be hit or miss, as I experienced some delays but also some attentive staff at times.
