The hotel has a fantastic location just steps from Times Square, which makes it super convenient to explore the area. The staff is attentive and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the rooms, while comfortable, have a few issues like outdated decor and small bathrooms. The dining options are convenient but could use some improvement in variety and temperature. Overall, it's a mixed bag with a great location but aspects of the service and facilities that need attention.
The hotel had an unbeatable location right near Times Square, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and a great atmosphere during my stay. However, the room was much smaller than expected, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Service can be hit or miss, as I experienced some delays but also some attentive staff at times.
